About

About

I am a strategic Executive Assistant and operational partner with over a decade of experience supporting CEOs, founders, and ultra-high-net-worth leaders across both business and personal life.

I operate where stakes are high, pressure is constant, and discretion is non-negotiable.

Over the last ten years, I’ve served as the trusted right hand to principals whose lives span companies, properties, boards, households, and global travel. I’ve produced high-impact, confidential events at the highest level of government and business, rebuilt executive calendars on the brink of burnout, and overseen multi-residence operations while managing complex renovations, staff, and vendors across cities and countries.

I am often the first person a CEO offloads to, the one who takes fragmented thoughts, urgent demands, and competing priorities, and turns them into clear plans, protected time, and forward motion. I act as a strategic gatekeeper, shielding focus, managing access, and ensuring decisions are made calmly and intentionally.

I operate with integrity, diplomacy, and respect for the human side of leadership. Recently, I earned my project management certification to reinforce my approach with proven structure and methodology, supporting my ability to manage fast-moving, multi-layered work.

My value is not just in execution, but in judgment. I know when to move fast, when to pause, and when to say no on behalf of the executive. I bring polish, emotional intelligence, and deep operational rigor to environments that require all three.

My role is simple: remove friction, protect what matters, and make excellence feel effortless.

After hours, I'm an avid traveler and food enthusiast, I have a deep appreciation of thoughtfully crafted experiences. I've visited more than 60 Michelin-starred restaurants in a single year, I love cooking and hosting intimate dinners, and am currently writing a children’s book inspired by food, travel, and cultural exploration. My personal passions mirror my professional approach: intentional, detail-driven, and rooted in creating moments that matter.

Testimonials

I don't know how I survived without Rhonda's help. There isn't a task that I've given her that she hasn't exceeded expectation. My tasks are definitely random--from organizing to party planning to research etc. I have never been disappointed. Rhonda you are awesome! Thank you!
— Suzanne M., PeerWise CEO

Rhonda solves all your problems. Rhonda and her helpers have assisted me with tax preparation, dog walking, event/fundraiser planning, special event driving, shopping, and more. Rhonda is always professional, prompt, communicates about the status of assignments, and incredibly reliable. But the best part is she is a joy to be around. If you don't want to "go it alone," Rhonda is the person you call for help with anything and everything. If this system allowed for 10 stars, I would give it!
— Margot F., Communications Firm Founder

How can I sum up how amazing Rhonda is without going on & on? She is pretty much the antidote to feeling overwhelmed. Rhonda is not your average worker bee. She is smart, reliable, educated, genuinely willing and helpful, savvy, trustworthy, and able to figure things out. I also trust the assistants that she has selected to work for her. At a certain point in your career you just realize that the time you can get back in your week is often well worth any money you have to spend to get it back!
— Rachel F., Tech Founder

Rhonda always knows the cool things going on in the city. Whenever I needed to entertain friends from out of town, I would make a mental note to check with her about advice on where to go.

Principles

Principles

Calm Is a Strategy
I believe calm leadership creates better outcomes. In high-pressure environments, my job is to be the steady center, intecepting chaos so the executive doesn’t have to. When things move fast or plans change, I stay clear-headed, decisive, and composed.

Discretion Above All
Trust is the foundation of this role. I handle sensitive information, personal matters, and high-visibility situations with absolute confidentiality. I understand what should be shared, what should be filtered, and what should never leave the room.

Time Is the Most Valuable Asset
I treat the calendar as a strategic tool, not an administrative task. Every meeting, interruption, and request competes with the executive’s energy. I protect focus, create space for deep thinking, and ensure time is spent where it matters most.

Anticipation Over Reaction
The best support feels invisible. I plan ahead, identify potential issues before they surface, and build systems that prevent emergencies instead of reacting to them. When something does go wrong, I already have a plan.

Systems Should Scale
I design workflows that scale, document information clearly, and create structure leaders can actually rely on. The goal isn’t to “keep up.” The goal is to build support systems strong enough that the operation can move quickly without falling apart.
